The Lupachi farmstead provides the following services:
- provision of rooms and guest houses for accommodation on the banks of the Shchara River, Mostovsky district;
- acquaintance with the natural objects of the Mostovsky district (Lipichanskaya Pushcha nature reserve, the Neman River, the Shchara River),
- boat trips and rafting along the Shchara and Neman rivers on boats with electric motors with the possibility of excursion services;
- UAZ safari in Lipichanskaya Pushcha,
- provision of equipment for sports and recreation: rental/hire of boats, bicycles, UAZ, tents, barbecues,
- excursions along the river, Lipichanskaya Pushcha, sights of the Mostovsky district,
- organizing walks along the eco-trail of Lipichanskaya Pushcha, cycling, master classes on studying local national traditions.
- service for vacationers on the banks of the Shchara river,
- servicing corporate groups and individual tourists.
