This is the place, where:

  • there are three tiers of memorial plates in the very center of the memorial complex, under which the remains of 823 soldiers were reburied in 1971;
  • temporary exhibitions on military topics are regularly held;
  • the Museum of the Defense of the Brest Fortress was opened, which is located in the restored part of the defensive barracks.

  • you will learn the most interesting facts from the pre-war history of the Fortress, about the heroic defense of the Brest Fortress in the summer of 1941;
  • you will see the ruins of the fortress and the surviving defensive structures, sculptures and monuments to the defenders of the citadel.
