About the farmstead

The farmstead provides services by agreement:

At the master classes the participants get acquainted with the quality standards of homemade cheese, practically use the methods of making homemade cheese by different technologies, acquire unique knowledge and experience, get valuable recommendations on making excellent cheese: "Adygeisky", "Adygeisky with fenugreek", "Caciotta", "Ricotta", "Suluguni", "Mozzarella", "Toplennoye Moloko".
