About the estate:

Now they have 60 cows of several breeds: Saanen, Alpine and Czech. All of them give delicious milk, without any odor and flavor, which amazes the guests. The herd grazes every day on the field and in the forest. The goats undergo regular medical examinations, they are entered into the electronic database of the RB. The assortment of cheeses is about 10-15 kinds, these are aged, young and soft cheeses. Oksana Lashkevich (the owner) cooks them not only according to well-known recipes (gouda, maasdam, caciotta, Russian, etc.), but also invents her own, making changes in technology. All cheeses are rennet. Especially popular at tastings are cheeses with grain or fenugreek grass, cheese matured in nettle leaves. Cheese balls in pepper, aged for over a year, become as dry as pebbles and can be stored for years, giving them a similarity to the dried curd balls made by our grandmothers in the old days and kept near the stove. Traditional Cypriot cheese halloumi with mint, cooked in the Belarusian version, is interesting both fresh and fried: on a grate or in a pan. There are a lot of activities available for guests at the "Kraina Mar" farmstead: tasting of goat milk cheese, master class on cheese making (at the farmstead or with a visit to the customer), photo sessions with goats (a professional photographer works), excursions around the farmstead, communication with animals. Also interested will provide professional advice on keeping, feeding goats, veterinary measures. There is an opportunity to live and eat natural products.
