About the gallery

The museum is rather small, with only three rooms. Thematically, it has four or five zones: Olympic champions, ceremonial - and not only! - weapons, military attributes, awards and medals of Russia and Europe of XIX-XX centuries, hunting and fishing.

The dreams of many true men are gathered here: swords, cleavers, sabers, palashas, swords, bayonet knives, dirks and even a batas, which, according to estimates, is from 500 to 700 years old.

Here you will learn how a sword differs from a skewer and skewer from a rapier, how they used to "dump" on a personal saber to the "demobel" of high officers and how the "demobel album" of that time looked like, you will be able to hold in your hands and even try on the armor of a pikiner - a gentleman with a peak (it should be noted that it was a kind of "tank of the XVII century"), make historical selfies without using a time machine. You will find out about epaulettes and what the gorgettes are for.

You will see - according to the hierarchy - the orders of St. Anne, St. Stanislaus, St. George and the full Chevalier of St. George, the Order of the White Rose and the Cross of the Brave, various medals of the First World War. By one of the awards you can have a full account of one man's background and brave history.

In the hall dedicated to hunting and fishing, if you are interested in the subject, you can admire the collection of hunting and fishing trophies, themed glasses, tubes and cutlery. Or a perfectly preserved tunic of a gamekeeper of the early twentieth century, because in order not to get a bullet, the organizer of the hunt had to be dressed brightly and stand out in the forest.
