About the synagogue

The building of the former yeshiva - the highest Jewish religious school - was built in the early twentieth century (according to other information, the building is more than 200 years old).

In 1937, the Hasidic yeshiva was closed and the building was used as a military warehouse. Then an atelier called "Romashka" was operating in the building. And only in 2002 it was returned to the religious Jewish community.

Speaking about the main room of the synagogue, the prayer hall, it is a spacious room with an area of 150 square meters.
