The church was built in 1905 of brick and limestone blocks on the site of the previous church, where Henryk Dmochowski, a renowned sculptor and participant in the uprisings of 1830-1831 and 1863-1864, was baptized. The previous church was dismantled in the late 19th century.
The Church of the Corpus Christi in the agrotown of Ikazn is the main architectural attraction of this area, resembling a castle in its external appearance. The structure is a three-nave, two-tower basilica with a semicircular apse, transept, and low side sacristies. The towers, rising four stories high, have a square plan and are topped with spires. Between the towers a triangular gable with a rose window in the center is set out. Three-tier buttresses run along the perimeter of the church. The side facades are adorned with tall arched windows.
Inside the church, there are three altars, with the central one made from wood and consisting of three levels. The territory of the church is enclosed by a stone fence.
