The Catholic parish in Druya was founded in 1633, after Kazimierz Leon Sapieha founded a Bernardine monastery here. In 1643-1646, the early Baroque church of the Trinity was built at the monastery. In the second half of the 18th century, the church was rebuilt and, at the same time, late Baroque bell tower was erected.
During World War II, the church was damaged by aerial bombardment. After its closure in 1947, the church was not used for its purpose and only in 1990 it was returned to the religious and restoration work began. The late Baroque main altar of the XVIII century, several side chapels and part of the original stucco ornamentation on the arches have been preserved.
The Church of the Trinity is a monument of Baroque architecture and the first religious stone building in Braslaw region, included in the Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Belarus.
