All visitors of the museum are welcomed by the owner of this institution - a beautiful squirrel. She has her own house, and she is very happy to eat the treats brought by visitors. Why does the squirrel greet visitors? Because it is the squirrel that is depicted on the coat of arms of Bolshaya Berestovitsa. The village received the heraldic symbol with the image of a red-haired animal from King Augustus III in 1754 together with the Magdeburg Law.
