Although, the project doesn't stop at listing traditional dishes. After all, Belarusian cuisine is not only the famous potato pancakes and machanka. The country's culinary annals are home to many gastronomic gems created by both experienced and young chefs who boldly experiment and take inspiration from modern trends. They masterfully combine origins and innovation, creating dishes in which Belarusian motifs and Japanese notes are harmoniously intertwined.

The initiator of the project is presenter Vladimir Bogdan, who found inspiration in his program “I want to see it.” However, there were no issues dedicated to gastronomic tourism, so the camera crew sets off on the road, painstakingly gathering culinary masterpieces of Belarus - unique dishes of Belarusian cuisine - into its collection. In the program you will find answers to popular questions: what is the most delicious thing in Belarus, what Belarusians eat every day, what dishes are included in Belarusian cuisine.
