Nalibokskaya Pushcha is located in a territory that is not suitable for growing fertile crops. Of course, people tried to bring forests into a state of cultivation, but it turned out to be too expensive. This is the reason why the forest has been preserved almost in its original state to this day.
In the days of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, preserved areas were located on these lands. Nalibokskaya Pushcha is not a natural reserve now, but it does not mean scarcity of flora and fauna. Here you can find many plants that are listed in the Red Book of Belarus, as well as see rare birds and even bisons!

Belokorets nature trail attracts many tourists from the capital. The length is 1.3 km. The trail is feasible for everyone and will be interesting even for children. Along the way, you will meet cute and original signs that will help you have a better grip of the forest and nature in general. A lot of animal statues, decorative figures, and information stands are made of environmentally-friendly materials.
Syabrynskye Perekrestki is the second nature trail in the Nalibokskaya Pushcha. Close to the trail, there are bison enclosures where animals are fed in winter. But in the summertime, you can see wild bisons while simply walking through the forest. But, perhaps, there will be a greater chance of meeting wild horses, which tourists like to be photographed with. A walk along this nature trail will certainly immerse you in the life of the forest.
This is a former hunting lodge of the Tyszkiewicz, which was built at the end of the 19th century.
The building did not survive the Second World War, but the pushcha visitors like to look into this atmospheric place and take a few pictures among the ruins.
The locals call this lake “the ancestral home of the Cro-Magnon men”. You can not only swim and freshen up in the lake after a walk through the picturesque forest but also fish for a while. By the way, it would be a great idea to rent a house on the shores of the lake or stay at a lake-side camping site. The place for hiking is truly unique. Hunting is allowed only in 20% of the Naliboksky forests. The cost of hunting in these places is rather high - you would be required to pay several thousand dollars to take one shot. However, this type of leisure is very popular, mainly among visitors to Belarus.
