Sports and resort complexes, which began to actively open in the republic in the early 2000s, are popular among both Belarusians and foreign tourists. Winter vacation enthusiasts are attracted by affordable prices, high level of ski tracks, and quality of tourist service. All ski resorts in Belarus are united by developed infrastructure, quality equipment, and the presence of experienced instructors.

Silichi Ski Center

This ski complex is located in the Logoysk district, 60 kilometers from the capital. It offers ski tracks of various difficulty levels:

  • Simple tracks designed for children and beginner skiers;
  • Intermediate level slopes;
  • Professional tracks for athletes.

The length of the routes is over a kilometer, with elevation changes reaching 30 meters.

In addition to ski tracks, Silichi has:

  • A safe slope for sledding and tubing;
  • An ice rink;
  • A snowboarding area.

All facilities are equipped with lifts and well-lit, allowing visitors to enjoy their time until late evening. Sleds, skates, tubes, and skiing equipment are available for rent.

On the territory of the Silichi complex, there are a bathhouse, sauna, restaurant, SPA salon. Visitors can stay in guest cottages or a hotel complex with various types of rooms – from economy to luxury.

The ski tracks are open from December to March, but the resort operates year-round. You can get from Minsk to Silichi by the 'Minsk-Logoysk' bus, which takes about an hour.

Logoysk Ski Complex

The complex is located 40 kilometers from Minsk. It features 4 tracks with a total length of over 3500 meters. The elevation changes can reach up to 80 meters. All necessary equipment is available for rent.

The complex's infrastructure includes:

  • A rope park;
  • A climbing wall;
  • Billiards;
  • A track for summer tubing;
  • A roller-ski track;
  • Ski lifts;
  • A snow park for fans of extreme winter sports;
  • A bathhouse and sauna;
  • A bar and restaurant;
  • A children's playground and an entertainment center for toddlers.

Festivals and mass celebrations dedicated to winter folk holidays – such as Maslenitsa and Kolyada – are held on the complex's territory. Resort guests can stay in a hotel or cozy cottages in a Scandinavian style.

Sunny Valley Ski Center

A unique ski complex located in Minsk itself, in the Kurasovshchina district of the capital. It is easy to get here by taxi or public transport from any part of the city.

In the 'Sunny Valley', there are two slopes – a training slope, 125 meters long, and a main slope, 215 meters long. You can reach the top via a ski lift and a cable car.

The center's territory includes:

  • A track for sledding and tubing;
  • The 'Alpine Hills' attraction;
  • A café;
  • A rental center.

In the 'Sunny Valley', there is no overnight accommodation option, but during the day there are cottages available where you can celebrate holidays, hold banquets and corporate events, or simply take a break between active entertainments.

Republican Center 'Raubichi'

The sports complex in Raubichi was built on the eve of the Summer Olympics held in the USSR in 1980. After the reconstruction carried out in 2014, the complex became one of the most popular places for winter recreation. It's not without reason that it is called 'Belarusian Switzerland'. Raubichi has everything necessary for active outdoor activities:

  • 5 biathlon tracks;
  • A roller-ski track;
  • Tracks for snowmobiles and ATVs;
  • Gazebos;
  • Guest houses;
  • Rental of equipment and sports gear.

Raubichi has both amateur and professional tracks. Athletes from different countries often come here for training.

The complex is located 20 kilometers from Minsk. From the capital, there are minibuses and regular buses to the sports center following the routes 'Minsk-Baturinka' and 'Minsk-Gorodok'.

Mozyr Sports and Health Complex

Mozyr is a small hilly town in the south of Belarus. Right in the center of the town, there is a sports and health complex, where you can have a great time in winter. There are two ski tracks of varying difficulty, slopes for sleds, tubes, and snowboards. Visitors are taken to the top by T-bar lifts.

In addition to ski tracks, the infrastructure of the sports and health complex in Mozyr includes:

  • A hill for sledding and tubing;
  • An ice rink;
  • A snow park for snowboarding and freestyle enthusiasts;
  • The 'Sled Toboggan' attraction;

Vesta Ski Complex

The complex is located in the Dzerzhinsk district, on the territory of the 'Vesta' sanatorium. Visitors are offered two slopes of different difficulty levels, a hill for tubing, and a flat cross-country ski track. Equipment and gear rental is available. Guests are transported to the top of the slopes by T-bar lifts. The ski base territory features a swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurant, billiards, sauna, and SPA center.

The operation of the complex depends on weather conditions, so it is recommended to check the visiting conditions before the trip. It is more convenient to get to 'Vesta' by car, as the location is near the M1 highway. It is also possible to reach by a regular bus going in the direction of Dzerzhinsk.
