Strawberries have been grown in Luninets district for over 60 years. Ripe, juicy and very healthy berries are even called "red gold". Strawberry plantations are located in almost every farmstead. That is why the festival "Luninets Strawberries" is held in the at. Dvorets.
Festival guests get acquainted with different varieties of strawberries at the exhibition-fair, participate in a theatrical show and taste unusual dishes with a strawberry aftertaste.
«Cheese Festival»
It is believed that the first samples of cheese appeared 7 thousand years ago. However, the classic production of cheeses on a small industrial scale began only in the 19th century. In 1859, the Brokhotsky landowners established the production of rennet cheese. For more than 100 years, it was the standard of cheese produced in Belarus.
Every September, Grodno becomes the "cheese capital", inviting everyone to take part in the large-scale "Cheese Festival" celebration. A rich entertainment program and the invariable tasting of various types of cheese. More than 90 samples from all corners of the country are presented to the tasting jury annually.

«Honey Manor»
Honey has long been famous for its beneficial properties and healing power. The first mentions of beekeeping and honey production date back to the 10th century. It was the only sweet in the diet, and so people perfected the procurement of this valuable product without harming wild bees. This is how beekeeping appeared - an ancient craft protected by UNESCO.
In at. Simonichi, the traditions of a unique craft are carefully preserved. Here, the sweet festival "Honey Manor" is held annually. Guests are introduced to honey products and master classes are held on making beehives for wild bees.

If bread is the head of everything, then perhaps a bun is the soul. This is what they say about a sweet bakery product that became popular thanks to the festival "Father's bun". The regional holiday quickly became popular and reached the national level. The best bakers of the country demonstrate their professionalism and skill, and this year they even set a new record - they baked the largest braid weighing 35 kg.
And now the Palace of Independence is adorned with a huge 5-layer loaf of bread created by participants of the "Father's bun" festival. Each layer is decorated with baked goods in the form of vegetables and fruits, cornflowers and wheat ears.

The only festival that can be entered only after passing through the "customs" - "Motol Sweets". An incredible gastronomic holiday with the participation of representatives of different diasporas living in Belarus.

You can never have too many potatoes! Especially in Belarus, where this vegetable can even replace bread. It turns out that 2-3 tubers can satisfy hunger for a long time! And how many delicacies are prepared in our country from potatoes. About 300 recipes are accurately known. Each region has its own specifics of cooking and a unique recipe – from the simplest dishes to the most complex.
It is not surprising that many festivals dedicated to potatoes take place in Belarus. "Potato Romp" is one of such holidays: there are bright performances, exhibitions, themed courtyards and delicious treats from Belarusian hostesses.

Can you imagine that cucumbers were first grown in our country about 5 centuries ago? This city is famous for its most delicious and crispy cucumbers. They even installed a small sculpture here – a monument to a cucumber. After all, cucumbers in Shklov are a source of pride. Barrels of pickled cucumbers were even delivered to the table of Catherine the Great.
“Cucumber Day” is an annual colorful festival where everyone can try unusual cucumber dishes, take part in competitions and ceremonial processions.
